You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes. You must not use our tools (like Proxy Pass VPN or Calc Pro) to engage in any activity that violates local or international laws.
Certain features require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Fees are processed through App Store Official Billing or Paddle.
All content, features, and functionality of our apps (including logos, UI design, and source code) are the exclusive property of Kholifa Network and are protected by international copyright laws.
Kholifa Network shall not be held liable for any data loss resulting from the use of our File Locker or VPN services. Users are responsible for remembering their own PINs and passwords.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
